handmade for me!

I adore my ume clips made by one of my favorite crafters, Eling, of migration goods

I couldn't choose just one, the color combinations are irresistible.

And the details are perfect.

Thank you sweet Eling for making adorable clips. They are perfect for dressing up my curls.

oh teal!

There has been a new color popping up in my attire.

It has inspired me to come up with a blue enamel I really love. One that will compliment these poppy red boots. My earrings will need a splash of an accent color. That is just how it works in my studio.

I knew I was hooked on a new color when I counted three teal cardigans in my sweater drawer.

happy saturday!

ps: do you ever find inspiration in unexpected places?

moody whites

With temper mental weather comes moody whites.

Spring will come, until then, layer up and cuddle with someone you adore.

happy friday!

ps: these pictures are really calling me to experiment with whites in my enamelwork, texture too!

studio shots

I have been trying my best to bust some rump in the studio lately.

I buckled down during a snow storm to make some snow earrings for a few orders. I added a load of earrings to enamel for shops too! I haven't forgotten about my brick and mortars, I have been so busy. Life took over, but this is about to change.

I have been playing with some summer colors too. It is time for us to brighten our palettes.

Here is my crop of enameled jewels.

All soldered up and ready to be cleaned. There was one casualty. You can never be too careful with glass on metal.

Then I wrapped this up and called it a night.

happy thursday!

pink, leather and lace

I have been super into cardigans lately.

This pink one was certainly a a favorite find of a night spent thrifting. If you know me, you know I love to match my pink combat boots if possible.

Making it an even better find, it has three quarter sleeves, this makes me feel tall and willowy for once.

And it shows off this bracelet I bought from Craftland back in December. This lovely cuff is made by sunshine derby. I don't ever leave home without it.

happy monday!
